The grant will enable the group to provide Scoot Fit lessons to children, staff and parents that attend the centre. Scoot fit is an exercise programme, on scooters, helping children to develop agility, balance, co-ordination, muscle strength, endurance and a sense of achievement.

TThe grant will be used to provide weekly Pranayama Yoga, Meditation & light exercise sessions for the local community.

The grant will provide hire charges for the group to meet for 2 hours per week for 48 weeks.
