African & Caribbean Elders Service Legacy Fund
African & Caribbean Elders Service (ACES) was established in 1992 to provide the preventative components of support services to its users and carers, which included good quality day care for older people, with a focus on those from the Black and Global Majority communities living in and around Northamptonshire.
Northamptonshire Community Foundation are now supporting the legacy of the charity through the establishment of this funding programme, which will focus on awarding grant funding to Black and Global Majority-led organisations supporting older people in their communities.
Constance Travis Endowment Fund for Northamptonshire
Northamptonshire Community Foundation is delighted to launch the Constance Travis Endowment Fund for Northamptonshire to help build a sustainable and safe future for Northamptonshire communities.
Small Green Arts Fund
The Small Green Arts Fund wishes to support a broad range of arts, culture and craft activity across the county, responding to and raising awareness of the climate crisis and encouraging local communities to look at ways of adapting and responding to climate change.
New Albion Community Wind Farm Fund
The New Albion Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund has been established on behalf of New Albion Wind Limited to provide grants to projects which benefit residents in the parishes of Rushton and Pipewell.
The fund will support a range of charitable, educational, environmental and general community amenity projects to benefit residents in the local community around the wind farm site.
The Leslie Church Memorial Fund
The Leslie Church Memorial Fund is looking to fund community projects providing educational and training opportunities for young people (children and young people up to the age of 25).
Northamptonshire Federation of Disability Sport (NFDS) Fund
The Northamptonshire Federation of Disability Sport Fund is designed to support the county’s sports clubs, groups and non-profit organisations.
The fund will offer grants of up to £500 for sporting activities aimed at disabled people, those with long-term health conditions, and mental health conditions.
SWEF Enterprise Fund
The SWEF Enterprise Fund looks to offer support of up to £500 for individuals living in Northamptonshire aged between 18-30 who are launching a new business or up to £2,000 for those running a new business that is within its first two years of trading.
John Chard-Young Legacy Fund
The John Chard-Young Legacy Fund is a bursary scheme providing Adrenaline Alley sporting, Active In Motion (A.I.M) Health & Wellness Centre and counselling sessions to help improve the overall wellbeing of those in need. John Chard-Young was the co-founder and inspiration behind Adrenaline Alley, one of Europe’s largest indoor BMX and Skateboard Parks and safe space for those interested in urban sports.
Harry's Fund
Harry’s Fund is a bursary scheme to make individual awards to young people with neurodiverse conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or ADHD to support their education and/or health and wellbeing.
Northamptonshire High Sheriff Care Leaver and Estranged Student Fund
The High Sheriff Care Leaver and Estranged Student Fund makes individual awards to support employability for Care Leavers and Estranged Students graduating from the University of Northampton, to have a meaningful impact on an individual’s future education, employment, aspirations and quality of life.
The Northamptonshire Queen's Institute Relief Fund
The Northamptonshire Queens Institute Fund will offer one-off grants up to £5000 for projects based in Northamptonshire that are all about improving health and wellbeing.
