Step Forward with Lewis CIC - £3000

Strength and Balance Classes for people with Parkinson's at the Doddridge Centre in St James every Monday, and a session for those with cancer and who are in remission at the Elgar Centre in Upton on Wednesdays.

Our Wellbeing Workshops support the health and wellbeing of vulnerable SEND parents and carers by providing spirituality and practical tools that focus on Emotional Wellbeing, Resilience Building, Coping Strategies, Holistic Approaches, Human and Community Connection, Empowerment and follow up sessions (Wellbeing and Wavelengths informal drop ins).
