Our Wellbeing Workshops support the health and wellbeing of vulnerable SEND parents and carers by providing spirituality and practical tools that focus on Emotional Wellbeing, Resilience Building, Coping Strategies, Holistic Approaches, Human and Community Connection, Empowerment and follow up sessions (Wellbeing and Wavelengths informal drop ins).

The Creative Pathways Initiative is a community arts program offering free and low-cost creative workshops to underserved groups in Northampton.
