I manage the grants team, helping to oversee the grant making and programme development, as well as working with the donor development team to share the impact of funded projects. I am the Staff Ambassador for Reduced Inequalities and am passionate about making processes fair, open and equitable.

Outside of work, I love going to the theatre and taking part in the local am-dram scene.
