I was born and grew up in Northamptonshire and joined the board of NCF as a trustee in 2019. I chair our Finance, Investment and Governance Committee and am a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.

I've spent most of my career working in finance roles in the charity and public sector.  Since 2000, I've worked for local government in Northamptonshire, initially in finance but more recently managing organisational change and IT systems.  I represent employees as a trustee of the Northamptonshire Local Government Pension Scheme and qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 2005.

Alongside a number of voluntary roles in the community sector, I occasionally escape my finance background by singing in choirs or supporting a local theatre group.
