Dean is our Head of Giving & Development

I have over 10 years of experience working within the charitable and not for profit sector. I've also worked within the education sector for a good proportion of my career. I'm passionate about relationship building & I'm striving to build strong, inclusive communities where everyone can thrive and succeed.

In my spare time, when I'm not ferrying my children from one club or group to the next(!), I support numerous local charities and organisations. I have a real interest in theatre and the arts, and when I have the chance, I write and perform my own poetry and music.
