25 Stories of Change
Think Global, Act Northamptonshire
"At Northamptonshire Community Foundation, we see every day how local charities and community groups are transforming lives. Through 25 Stories of Change, we're proud to share some of those stories and celebrate the organisations helping to build a healthier, fairer and more connected Northamptonshire. We hope these films inspire others to see how local action can contribute to global change." Rachel McGrath, Chief Executive, Northamptonshire Community Foundation
Across Northamptonshire, charities and community groups are changing lives every day.
From supporting people facing hardship, to improving health and wellbeing, to creating more inclusive communities, local organisations are tackling some of the biggest challenges facing our county. Through 25 Stories of Change, we're shining a spotlight on the people, projects and partnerships making that change possible.
This special video campaign has been created to showcase how local action contributes to global goals, demonstrating that meaningful change starts in communities.
What are the Global Goals?

The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a shared blueprint for creating a better, fairer and more sustainable future for everyone. Often described as "the world's to-do list", they provide a framework for addressing the social, economic and environmental challenges facing communities across the globe.
Our campaign focuses on two goals that closely reflect the needs and opportunities we see in Northamptonshire:

SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being
Improving physical health, mental wellbeing, community resilience and quality of life.

SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities
Creating opportunities, removing barriers and ensuring that everyone can participate and thrive.
About the Campaign
