The grant will be used to run a programme of "Yard Lock in's" working with young people who are struggling with the after effects of the pandemic, using arts, crafts and storytelling.

The grant will be used to develop the “Elders Dance Company."

Deafconnect - £4,950 from the Compton Fund

The grant will be used to create a short film involving different communities, including the deaf community.

Fabula Arts - £5,000 from the Compton Fund

The grant will be used to produce a community theatre and arts project focused on Remembrance Day.

Fermynwoods Contemporary Art - £3,617 from the Compton Fund

The grant will be used to provide a video game art experience to visitors at local heritage site East Carlton Country Countryside Park.

Museum Leathercraft - £4,800 from the Compton Fund

The grant will be used for the relocation and collection review of the store of leather artefacts.

Northampton Irish Support Group - £3,132.34 from the Compton Fund

The grant will be used to present the history of Northampton through the lens of Irish immigrants, celebrating the link between Ireland and England and the diversity of the community within Northampton.

Spring Boroughs Voice - £5,000 from the Compton Fund

The grant will be used to provide a day of festival activities for Spring Boroughs.

Caring and Sharing Trust - £5,000 from the Compton Fund

The grant will be used to fund "My Lock down” for people with learning difficulties, and their families/ carers, to express their experiences of the covid-19 pandemic through art, photographs, written word, and poetry.

Support Northamptonshire - £5,000 from the Compton Fund

The grant will be used to run weekly wellbeing music sessions and create an Asian choir as a key outcome of the project.

Everyday English - £3,000 from the Compton Fund

The grant will be used to carry out a series of summer picnics which provide arts and crafts family learning activities, that support the development of language skills.

Crick Community Sport Centre - £20,000 from the Winwick Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund

The grant will be used to improve the access track and car park.

Cold Ashby Bowls Club - £3,350 from the Winwick Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund

The grant will be used to replace hard standing. 

Cold Ashby Playing Fields Association - £7,570 from the Winwick Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund

The grant will be used to provide a power supply, mains running water and lighting to the playing field. 

West Haddon Junior Football Club - £5,000 form the Winwick Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund

The grant will be used to install gravel band drainage on the junior match pitch.

The grant will be used to fund a part time Volunteer Coordinator (3 hours per week), the training, volunteer travel expenses and the purchase of an additional laptop.

The funding will enable the group to provide a  furniture reuse distribution service to people in need.

Rush 2The Den - £5,000 from the Margaret Giffen Fund
The funding will enable the group to put on weekly themed arts and crafts sessions for all skill levels from sitting babies to pre-school young children.

Service Six - £5,000 from the Margaret Giffen Fund
The funding has enabled the group to deliver their Streetwise project offering a free two hour activity session every week to children and young people in Pineham.

The group will purchase a new minibus with their grant to transport both cadets and equipment when attending events.

The club will use their grant to provide Hockey training for children and young people aged 6 – 16 years old.

The grant will be used to set up a junior children’s choir in Greens Norton to make singing lessons available to all junior children, regardless of family background or financial circumstances.

Care and Repair (Northamptonshire) Ltd - £4,920 from St Giles Charitable Trust
The group will use their funding to continue their Warm at Home service across Northamptonshire, keeping vulnerable people safe and warm in their homes during the winter months.

Dostiyo Asian Women & Girls Organisation - £4,400 from St Giles Charitable Trust
The grant awarded will enable the organisation to run a 12-week specialised Counselling skills course at their centre helping women to return to education in an informal and enjoyable fashion.

Manna House Trust - £5,000 from St Giles Charitable Trust
The trust would like to use their grant to offer more counselling sessions to clients which will reduce the current waiting list.

The group will use their grant to fund a ‘Music to Movement project’ supporting the elderly.

The grant will be used to create a community film production over a period of five months.

Looking Glass Theatre - £5,394 from Compton Fund for Arts, Culture and Heritage and NCC Wellbeing Fund
The grant will be used to fund a theatre project which includes an outdoor performance of Wind in the Willows in St. Peter's Church Northampton and an exhibition in Hazelrigg House.

The grant will be used to fund a project which will open access to Asian Women (
majority who are widowed, single and informal carers of their spouse or children) and give them the opportunity to participate in structured wellbeing activities.

The grant will be used to continue the popular Time Bank skill exchange scheme for another year, the scheme will be self-sustaining by the end of 2016.

Live at Home Northampton - £5,000 from St Giles Trust
They will continue their supportive provision for local elderly people.

 

Manna House Counselling Service - £5,000 from St Giles Trust
The grant will allow the service to provide counselling to those who would otherwise be excluded due to the cost.

The gymnastics club will purchase a new carbon fibre rodded tumble track.
