We’re Hiring! Northamptonshire Community Foundation is recruiting for two full-time, permanent roles.

The Foundation is the leading philanthropic, local, independent grant giving charity in Northamptonshire, distributing over £1million a year to local voluntary groups and charities across the county.   

This is an exciting time to join the Foundation as we enter another period of growth.  This year we have celebrated our biggest grant giving year to date, distributing £1.3 million to our local communities. Our plan is to continue the growth of our endowment over the next five years to help support our local communities for now and in the future. 

Fund Development Manager – Circa £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)

The Fund Development role will support the Chief Executive in fund generation and development activities, building strategically on the legacy of the past 17 years, assuring the future of NCF as a key contributor to philanthropic and charitable activities in Northamptonshire. Specifically, to raise the profile of NCF with targeted audiences, in order to increase our network of donors and clients. You will build positive working relationships with a range of clients and secure new donations to endowed and revenue funds. You will work with our CEO to identify new clients and maintain and develop positive relationships with existing donors. As a member of our Team, you will work directly on projects with all other staff members, managing donor’s funds and assisting them first hand in the distribution of those funds to a wide range of beneficiaries.

Administration Services Officer – Circa £16,000 - £18,000 (dependent on experience)

The role is to primarily maintain and develop the Foundation’s administrative systems, both manual and computer based, to provide comprehensive team administration support, reception duties, some confidential PA support to the Chief Executive, ensure the smooth running of the office and to organise and service internal and external meetings. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, organised, with energy, enthusiasm and has the ability to work as part of a small, driven, passionate and focused team.

Deadline: Friday 7th September at 5pm. Interviews will be held on Friday 14th September.
