The Foundation is delighted to announce that we have a newly created job vacancy for a Programmes Officer to join our friendly and dynamic Grants Team.
The successful applicant will help to ensure that Northamptonshire Community Foundation delivers an effective grants service by supporting the delivery of grants programmes, providing comprehensive support to the grant function of the organisation, to maintain and develop the Foundation’s administrative systems, helping assess applications for grants, overseeing the monitoring of programmes, including gathering and analysing grants data; supporting funded organisations to monitor and evaluate the impact of our grant making; helping produce monitoring and impact reports for funders.
Hours: 37 hours Monday to Friday. There will be a requirement to occasionally work outside office hours.
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 p.a. dependent on experience. Contributory pension starting at 5% on completion of a 6 month probationary period.
