  • Victoria has been the Chief Executive of Northamptonshire Community Foundation for 10 years. When Victoria started the endowment was £450k, it’s now £8.5 million.

    Prior to her role as CEO at the Foundation, Victoria was the Director of Marketing and Fund Development at MK Community Foundation where she stayed for 5 years. 

    Victoria was born and grew up in County Durham and had a long career in local newspapers developing newspaper in education initiatives across the north east of England.

    Former Prime Minister, Tony Blair opened The Gazette Media Centre in Teesside, which Victoria raised over a million to build and develop.

    Victoria has a passion for theatre, she still treads the boards locally in plays and musicals. Victoria is a trustee of Royal and Derngate Theatres here in Northampton. 

    Victoria also sits on the national board of UK Community Foundations and is Chair of their Membership Committee. 

    In 2016 she was honoured to be appointed as a Deputy Lieutenant of Northamptonshire. 

    Victoria lives in Long Buckby. She has three sons and a chocolate Labrador called Ruby, who is the perfect office dog.
