Congratulations to Eden Park Teenage Parents. The group walked away as proud winners of the Edge Award at our 2019 Annual Awards evening. The group provides support and accommodation to 13 vulnerable families who would otherwise be homeless or separated from their children.
SERVE Rushden were announced as our Lifetime Achievement Award Winners. The group supports older people and adults with disabilities, offering a range of services including domestic and personal home care, community transport and a handyman service.
