Northamptonshire – Capture the moment

Capturing images that showcase the heart of our community and county.

As part of our 15 year anniversary celebrations, Northamptonshire Community Foundation is launching a photography competition asking residents of Northamptonshire to send us their photographs depicting what Northamptonshire and their local community means to them.

Through the photo competition we want to be able to showcase the amazing people, activities and places that are at the heart of our county and communities. We want you to send us your image(s) of the brilliant people, groups, activities and hidden locations that are at the heart of your county where you live, work or play and simultaneously raise awareness of the diversity and the importance of supporting and giving back to your local community.

Whether you have a disposable or SLR camera, or just take pictures on your phone, we want you to show us what Northamptonshire means to you.  It doesn’t matter if your image is from the past or the present, as long as it represents how you feel about your community and the county we live in.

Tell your friends, family, colleagues and wider Northamptonshire networks to get involved. We are looking for an image that you believe is a representative of your community and reflects your experience of life in Northamptonshire.

You must be an amateur or non-professional photographer to enter.

Closing date is Thursday 30th June
