The grant will be used to install a digital projection facility for the benefit of all reseidents of the village.

The grant will be used to purchase a new five piece coloured wooden role play kitchen set and a more cost effective copier/printer.

All Saints' Church Yelvertoft - £2,641.80
The grant will be used to provide a celebration day for the Queen at All Saints’ Church.


Yelvertoft Village Hall Management Committee - £6,250
The grant will be used to renovate the Yelvertoft Village hall.

Yelvertoft Cricket Club – 2, 875.60
The grant will enable the club to purchase a set of 3 covers to protect one 22 yard wicket during wet weather.

Yelvetoft Ladies Choir - £2,390

The Choir will provide musical activities for both their members and local audiences who attend exciting performances.

The group will replace play equipment and safety flooring.

Yelvertoft Pre-School - £2,900
The Pre-School will purchase a large mobile parasol for use outdoors as well as an over-door heater to ensure children can warm up during the winter.

All Saints' Church Yelvertoft - £6,904.33

The Church will remove a section of the pews to create a community space for local children and other groups.

 

Lilbourne Village Hall - £7,000
The grant will allow the popular Village Hall to replace their rotten external doors and door frames.

 

Yelvertoft Cricket Club - £2,240
The club will install their 100 year old pavilion, sustaining the rich history of the village.

Yelvertoft Football Club - £2,788

The grant will allow the club to purchase new moveable football goal posts, which will allow local children and adults to benefit from recreational football all year round.

 

Crick Sports Field Association - £6,401
The grant will allow the organisation to construct a 147m long by 3m wide gravel path, providing service and pedestrian access to pitches.

 

 

January 2015

Yelvertoft Village Hall Management Committee - £7,000
The grant was awarded to support the Village Hall in renovating their play area and car park. A safer car park will encourage more community members to make use of the hall, without having to worry about the uneven and unsafe surface that currently exists.

 

 

October 2014

Crick Old School Trustees - £750
The group will purchase new chairs for their village hall. The old chairs have become worn and are heavy and uncomfortable. Elderly members struggle to put them out and away again.

Yelvertoft Pre-School - £310
The grant will be used in order to purchase new equipment. The new equipment will allow the school to spend less time on administration and more working with the children, helping them get off to an advantageous start in life.

Yelvertoft Cricket Club - £1,128
The club will purchase a new net following damage to their previous net. Volunteers will install the new net to reduce costs.

Crick Sports Field Association - £7,000
The group will purchase mobile ball nets to stop a large number of footballs becoming lost in hedgerows and ditches, where they cannot be recovered.

Crick History Society - £6,399
The group will run a special community day celebrating 100 years of the Crick Old Grand Union Canal tunnel, including the chance for attendees to experience going through the tunnel, as canal aficionados have for a hundred years.

Lilbourne Youth Club - £7,000
The group have identified a lack of facilities for young people in Lilbourne. They will establish a youth club through the grant, which will meet their first twelve months running costs.

Yelvertoft Village Hall Management Committee - £7,000
Install solar panels to reduce bills on an ongoing basis, enhancing sustainability of the community resource.

Yelvertoft Cricket Club - £3,000
Purchase new mower to allow the club to maintain the cricket square.

Yelvertoft Bowling Club - £1,600
Replace essential club equipment. The bowls equipment has become old and worn due to natural wear and tear.

Crick Old School Trustees - £1,250

The group will refurbish the toilets. In turn, this will increase disabled access.

Crick Jubilee Wood - £7,000
The group has secured three fields which will be turned into a community woodland.

Lilbourne Funds Consortium - £3,800

The group will purchase and install adequate gating around the village green.
