Key information you will need to know when applying for funding

  • Most of our grants are up to £2000

  • You can get support and advice to complete your application; please be aware that we cannot accept incomplete applications or applications with additonal information which is not contained within the body of the application form. An incomplete application is defined as: not answering questions within the body of an application, leaving blank spaces where an answer is required and not providing written signatures for a hard copy application
  • For applications of £2000 or less you will hear whether you have been successful within a month and for applications over this amount you will hear from us within three months
  • We want to fund well run groups and will therefore ask about your policies and procedures
  • We recognise that to thrive in the long term groups must cover the full costs of their activities therefore we encourage you to submit a properly costed budget including overhead costs
